Anniversary Trip

This is an excellent hotel choice. We booked the only suite they have……it was amazing! It’s definitely one I’d book again if it that area. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary.
They have an onsite restaurant which has very good food! We did not dine in but room service did not disappoint!
The check in was easy and staff is very attentive and can offer information for the surrounding area.

The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. The restaurant is decent but overpriced for the quality of the food. You can get much better downtown for the same price. Great bartenders though! Rooms are big and comfortable. The updates made are ok, but the paint is kind of chipping, carpet is starting to lift in places, etc. My only real issue is that the entire place is full of cheap, artificial air freshener and scented cleaning products and it’s truly awful.

The Burgundy Hotel is modern and everything works. The rooms are spacious and well.layed out. Parking is convenient. Price was good.

Size and comfort of room…. Separate sitting area was awesome. On-site restaurant was excellent. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Quaint Hotel

This is a small quaint hotel. It is nice for a couple. It is a small hotel in an area off the beaten path, even though it is not near downtown there are restaurants are close by. There was a restaurant onsite but we did not dine there. Our room had a king bed but it had the space of a suite. Almost similar to an Embassy Suites. There was a separate sitting area with a pull out sofa bed, mini fridge and microwave with a coffee station. That was a nice surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful no matter who was there. Each person I encountered was very pleasant. This property was considered a “boutique“ hotel. I’m not sure what that is supposed to mean but it did not appear to be anymore elevated or elegant than other standard hotels that are also nice, clean and with good service.
