The staff was very sweet and very accommodating. I had several appts starting at 7:15 and it took longer than what we thought so i called them and talked to Dee Dee, who was fantastic by the way, and she let us check out later than we had planned. The room was perfect for me especially since I'm in a wheelchair at the moment. I'm getting ready to come back in a couple of days and cannot wait! Wonderful hotel and staff. I would recommend to anybody.

The staff was amazing. I believe his name was Dave when we checked in. But he made it seamless and was so incredibly kind!! We will be back!!

This used to be my favorite place to stay but room was not so clean, carpet old and dirty and mattresses were twrrible

It was convenient to St. Mary's hospital. You shouldn't charge for parking. Had I known that I would have parked else where as I had a parking permit. Shame on you! This was not listed when I made the reservations. This was disappointing.
